Taijul Islam made his Test debut in 5th September 2014 against West Indies. Only playing 25th Test he claims the 100 wickets haul.

Rashid Khan lead Afghanistan had won the toss and chose to bat first on the only Test against Bangladesh at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium, Chittagong. Afghan opener Ibrahim Zadran and Ihsanullah reached the crease to begin their campaign.

It was at the 12.2 over, where Afganistan openers managed to get 19 runs until then. Taijul Islam strikes the ball on to the stick, and it was his 100 Test wicket which ends Ihsanullah's campaign.
